Daniel, Abi is really pretty Is she a long stock coat My GSD's don't have hair that long. I know that there are different coat lengths, just wondering.
No, I don't think so, but I do get a lot of comments about how pretty her coat is. I know that thier are different coat lengths but I thought that her length was the "real" GSD hair length.
By "real" do you mean short? It's hard to tell from the pics but your dog looks similar to mine. The hair by your dog's ear looks like the feathering my dog has. There's plush coat (has an undercoat) and long coat (Long Stock coat has an undercoat, the Standard Long does not). I've been told my dog is a plush coat but I think he's a long coat. Personally, I prefer the long coats. They're gorgeous. In fact, my dog gets way too many compliments on how pretty he is. I'm starting to get jealous . I'd send a pic but I haven't figured out how yet . Anyway, your dog is beautiful.
She has Weinerau lines, she has the same style of fur as these dogs with the distinctive grey line behind her elbow, but her hair legnth is nice, and it's all natural(never cut). I don't know what "Har" type the weinerau are but she just like them.
