I'm hearing Menu Foods knew about the contaminated food long before they recalled it, long before dogs started getting sick or dying from it. The bastards. Excuse my language.

Yikes....I'm glad my little rescue kitty developed a UTI and I ended up taking all 3 cats off the dry food and switched them to raw about 2 months ago. The 2 old-timers aren't happy with it yet but at least they are eating salmon and lightly cooked chicken livers. The dogs have been on raw for years so I'm not worried about them. I have to say it makes me sick to see the @$#%#@^ commercials on tv for Iams and the rest of them now........grrrr!
