Panzer is a lot of fun! what puppy isn't. Just As I started to relax a little after my female ISIS hit an age when she could hold it through the night, bam another pup! Its all good.
Having 2 pups is hectic to say the least. But after only having him for 4 days a "flow" is emerging and things are getting a little easier.
I don't allow my 2 pups to interact much, only for 5 min or so once a day. My female (14 weeks) is a little rough with him ( 8 weeks) so I just control thier encounters so they dont get hurt.
I took both of them to training today. Panzer did a puppy circle with a soft (well worn) bite rag and another pup (his littermate). Then they chased a 6 year old dog around the training area he had a blast although he got steped on and yelped he quickly recovered and continued to chase.
He seems to have an inborn affinity to play fetch, i just take 2 balls throw one clap and say bring and his name and he brings it back I show the other ball he drops the one in his mouth and I quickly throw the second, its great fun.
Thanks again! I hear him, time to go out.

It seemed to take forever to teach our pup to fetch. But now that he knows it, he will fetch ANYTHING. He seems to understand TOY, BALL, BONE, et cetera.
I know that they're smart animals, but sometimes they still amaze me.
Speaking of fetch, how do you teach a pup to fetch? Mine just goes after the ball then drops it. Do I need a leash to pull him to me a bit after he gets the ball?
