Was at the park working my boy. They play frisbe golf there and dogs are usually there. We were way away and I just called Bliskan to me.He ran in and sat in position. Then we heard a lady yelling for her dogs. An older puppy doberman around 2 and a 16 week old came running to us My boy looked but stayed in position. Her dogs got close but finally went back. I had Bliskan platz and I walked up to them around 150 yards away. We talked a little, I called my boy he came running he got about 15 yards away and went to the other dogs. I hit him hard with the E- collar and he came to me with the others growling behind him. I put him in a platz and talked some more Subject not important. Her dogs kept going over to mine finally the other pressured mine to much and he got up both growling. I put him back into platz. tell me how dumb I was for stressing my dog like that, how lucky nothing really happened. How dumb for not putting him up! She was an atractive young woman NOT A GOOD EXCUSE! Any way we went home played his favorite ball game and did some biting on the tug to try and releive the stress. He seems to have gotten over it hopefully I learned something. Please beat me up. Sorry for spelling and length.Bliskan is my 2 yr old GSD
I agree with Susan, with a little more thought , Mitch would have realized that he may get much more attention from pretty young women by taking his dog to the local Dairy Queen or walking him around a mall parking lot.
My dogs get more attention and belly rubs at these two places than anywhere else...
