I know it hasn't been six months, but I felt this may be worth sharing.
I purchased a tracking/pulling/agitation harness for GSD from "fordogtrainers.com" (aka fordogtrainer.com). The quick release buckle released on it's own while the dog was running. It failed three out of three times in a row even when it was checked by the agitator and the trainer. The refund was slow in coming and I had to ask for it.

I don't use the multi use harnesses because I never use a tracking harness. I signal my dog by running the line under the front leg. I actually got my leather tracking lines from Fordogtrainer.com and am very happy with them, but the shipping was a tad slow.
I really like my Gappay agitation harness. It's leather, padded & goes on & off very easily. I think the Leerburg ones are as good if not better than any of them.
