Today, Cato (now 8 months) was so good for ob, that I thought I'd leave him tethered in the kitchen while we went upstairs to get ready for the day. We heard something, him, having a bit of a fit, but didn't think much of it, just hurried a bit to go let him out. When we got downstairs, saw what had been his bother.
He had jumped onto the fridge and grabbed some papers clipped there. Of all the papers, what does he eat? ONE of the TWO Bob Dylan concert tickets (my husband's ticket--heh) and a $20.00 bill!!! He shredded the other "nonsense" papers, but did not ingest.
Can he become ill from the money ink??????

Okay, I am trying not to laugh......but "That's my furry little four legged nephew" we are talking about.
Can't help but being proud of the boy since he knows what money is.....and if we really think hard about it.....everything they chew on, eat, play with and destroy is basically our money anyway, so the next $20 you were going to spend on "dog stuff" spend on yourself instead.....hahahahahaha
I agree, the money won't hurt him, but the Bob DYLAN ticket.....mmmmmmmm I'm not sure about that.....
Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter
Dogs are tougher than a little bit of paper and ink.
I'm curious to know if it's safe to give syrup of ipicac and have him throw it up before it was digested and pooped out. It would probably be too late for the ticket, but would save having to clean poopy money.
