For all those on the raw diet, Innova came out with a kibble called EVO, for raw diet dogs. It has no grain and all healthy benefits. My one dog loves it, the other one is strictly a veggie and meat and bone eater. It smells great and is a small kibble, which also would be wonderful for your smaller types of dogs. It's loaded with good stuff. It makes a perfect substitute, when you are traveling or just overwhelmed with lifes obligations, and just can't find the time to prepare the raw.
I might add too, for those on the raw diet, chicken, any cut is fine for your animal, it is one of the meats that is almost perfect in nutrients for your animal, along with the pureed veggie's (variety)the only thing that may be deficient is the balance of minerals, which 1/4 tsp. of kelp or alfalfa will add to your dogs ratio of balance. I would also suggest Dr. Goodpets digestive enyzmes, 1 tsp. per cup of food with at least one meal a day,it helps all those nutrients to absorb adequately. These additives are cost efficient too. And, once a week, you should make sure that they have one good meal of organ meats. It is loaded with iron, as well as many other important nutrients, it should make up 7% of their diet. rainbowpsl2000@yahoo.com
Any store that carries Innova should be able to get it for you. They may have to order it for you. When I looked at it, the price was substantially more than Innova. Around here, Innova is about $45 for a 33# bag.

We will be feeding it to our security dogs starting this week, all 30 of them. I have been testing it out with my own personal GSD and have been very happy so far. He is a very picky eater but he seems to love it.
