I have mentioned that 5.6 month old Pup 'Goran' is a Voracias eater. It is gone in a few seconds, now i have noticed that he wees himself whilst he is eating his Food
Any ideas on why this should happen,He is a Happy little fellow, and is very intelligent Pup, and not at all nervous of anything
Wow, this is interesting. I know a lot of dogs, even after puppyhood piddle when they are either nervous or excited. Sometimes, piddling is a sign of submission too. Still, I have never heard of this before not when it comes to feeding time. What are you feeding him? Raw Porterhouse? LOL! Your chef skills must be something!! Maybe Connie or some of the more seasoned folks can help you w/this one.

I think he's excited.
Can you spread the meal out and make it calmer?
You're sure there is no dribbling at ANY other time? THat would trigger a sample dropped at the vet's just to check on a UTI.

Since i noticed him weeing when he is being fed i watched closely, He Wees when he gets a Treat also and when you show him his Obly Ball which he is mad about,
He Looks in great condition, His Coat Gleams and His eyes are Bright etc and he is full of life
He is not a Submissive Pup quite the opposite by the way he goes for his Ball on a String and an old sack ,
I tried scattering his food but he is like an Hoover, I have never known a Pup like it for Eating his Food,
Perhaps a urine sample may be a good idea, or as it is said he may just get too excited

I agree with Connie. Sounds like a classic "i'm so excited, I'll just pee myself" attitude. UTI check is very good to do.
Just for fun you could try a few variations in his feeding ritual. Try a feed ball that disperses food slowly as they play with it. Or just try very small amounts at a time to slow him down. Does he see in advance that you're going to feed him so that he builds that excitement? Try surprising him with "oh by the way, here's some food". Hard to explain but just try a few different things after you get his health checked.
