My dog phoenix.
Has been really sad lately. She has been really down and out. She is going in to her second heat and seems to be more needy then usual. We have been doing some training will Jewel. But she get her time on walks by her self and we spend alone time with phoenix also. But it is almost like she is jealous of Jewel. I am not sure what to do. She is eating normal and all that but not playing any more and not wanting to do anything and on walks she acts like she want to go home and sit in her kennel all day. We went to the vet she is ok medically. But I don't want this to get any worse. Is there anything I can do to pep her up? I just am worried this is not her in any way.

It may be just that she gets that way during her heat cycles, if everything checked out medically. (however keep and eye on her to make sure the cycle stays normal)
I would say if she is eating and drinking good, potty time is normal, I would just let her be her.
Jesea gets really "clingy" during heat (not to mention snarky with other dogs), and Koda is in her first heat and she got "stupid", so changes in behavior are normal.

Heat is a bad time for any girl. My two girls Misty and Willow have very different heats.
Misty is completely indifferent. Could care less for the most part and pretty much is stable personality wise. Willow on the flip side is a complete wreck, clingy, needy, and loses complete sense of herself. Consider it temporary insanity and nothing to worry about, she'll be back to her old self in a few weeks.
