iam a raw feeder with a dog that has very clean teeth from eating rmbs,my wife seems to think that are dog has bad smelling breath, I Dont think so but is bad breath a sign of some thing

I'd imagine it can be...but...you don't think it's bad and your wife does? Get a third opinion. Ask a female friend to take a whiff. I believe that women often have more sensitive noses than men.
What does it smell like? My dogs breath isn't bad, but for a few hours after they eat it certainly smells of poultry. Maybe she's finding the food smell objectionable?
Have you checked your dogs back molars, perhaps there is a injury to one of the teeth and is infected?
Bad breath in humans can be a sign of ill health and disease but I'm not sure if this would be the same in dogs.
