I started feeding my 20 month old Boerboel a raw diet about 3 months ago. I have noticed wonderful changes in his coat and weight (he was underweight due to an illness).
He is a cream color with poor pigmentation. He has 4 white feet with what used to be light colored toenails.
All of a sudden all of his toenails are growing in a very dark brown. Could this be due to his new diet? Or is it probably coincidental?
I saw a massive change in my 8.5 year old male when I switched him to raw. His coat colors got much brighter, coat much softer and no more stinky dog odor.
