Well, we ended up keeping a puppy from the litter and she is going to be 10 weeks old on Sunday...I still have one other puppy that is sold, but will be with me until April 6th (Spring Break vacation)...Do I need to keep them apart at all times?
I ordered my DVD (8 weeks to 8 months) and I can't wait for it to get here...

Hey Karla,
I'm definitely no expert but everything I've read that Ed has written on this subject has stated to keeping them apart. I'm sure you'll get more detailed info from the more experienced members on this bored.
Personally, I don't think its going to hurt to keep the two together for another week. Its when the two spend too much time together as they grow up that a problem occurs. Just be sure to spend plenty of time with them until the one leaves.
I have been separating them a lot and the people getting the other pup have been taking her to their house every day for several hours...next weeek they wont be able to because they will be in Hawaii...however, I am keeping the pups separate several times a day...but do keep them together at different times too...like if I leave for a couple of hours. So...they aren't together constantly...
I agree with Howard - no harm at all in keeping the pups together for another week.
