I don't know about NCarolina but in some states that would be a felony. I wonder if he's ever arrested anyone for animal abuse. Police officers who break the law should face the same consequences anyone else would under the same circumstances.

How anyone can even attempt to justify that as a training technique is unbelieveable. I'm usually among the first to try and defend police officers when they are crucified in the media. I like giving the officer the benefit of the doubt. Viewing that video removes any doubt for me. As a professional law enforcement officer and canine trainer, it embarrasses me. DFrost Any behavior that is reinforced is more likely to occur again.
