You are going to get more questions here, too, because no one will answer a partial question..... except for the raw food. Yes; you can switch to a a balanced raw diet, even after a lifetime on kibble.

Well, if you had to estimate, how many centimeters tall would you guess he is, from the ground to his shoulder?
The reason I ask is, he is at the "average" weight for a full grown, 12+ month GSD, already. If he is 6 months old he is either A) rather overweight, or B) going to be huge.
I've seen some huge GSDs. We have one in our club that looks like it should be wearing a saddle.
