To the mods and all other interested parties, this is posted with Ed's consent.
I spent close to a year to shut down this person and her puppy mill; wish I could say I was instrumental in getting the job done. However, the board of health finally got involved for some commutative disease that could jump to humans. From my point of view it doesn't matter, she is shut down here in Maine.
My biggest worry from the beginning of the bust was that she'd just move on to someplace else and start all over again. Well guess what, she wasn't smart enough to just pay her fine and let it go..........She jumped bail! Now she is a fugitive, wanted. From my understanding an all states warrant is out for her arrest.
If you hear of or meet this person, contact your local police to have them arrested, her and her husband are wanted in Maine.
I will not capitalize her name, she doesn't deserve it......heidi frasca. Call the police if you run across that name again....heidi frasca.
Thanks from Maine.
Randy

Nice, Randy!
BTW, I grew up about a 1/2 hour from that kennel. Glad to see that it's been shut down and the state is aggressively pursuing these scumbags.

Thanks for the pats on the back guys!
Factually though, I was only one voice in a very large chorus who was haranguing any public offical we could think of, sometimes to the point of being ignored completely. Wish I could take credit for the out come in this case; believe me I'm not shy, I'd be standing on my soap box beating my beast at the Four Horsemen if I could claim any.
Thanks for the kind words though, it feels good.
I'll stay on these two names ( john and heidi frasca ) until they're brought before the bar to answer for their crimes, and report back here with the results. In the mean time all, unless something has changed since yesterday, they are still lurking out there in someones neighborhood ducking their day in court.
I also want to thank Ed Frawley for allowing me to perhaps provide more eyes and ears for the criminal justice system of Maine. Again, thanks Ed!

On a whim I typed in the name on Searchbug.com and came up with a few results. There's a heidi a frasca in Pelham, NH, spouse listed as john c frasca... maybe a call to the local sheriff may turn something up.

THANKS Julie!
I've haggling the authorities on this end, just for info on the disposition of this warrant.
First it's public knowledge, now it's some kind of state secret or something. I don't understand.
The run around I keep getting seems to be related to some wack job that started killing sex offenders using the roll calls published openly. No body may have really cared except he shot down some poor guy that was on the rolls because of a statutory rape charge when he was 18 or 19, yeah you got the idea.....girl friend from high school. Other than that (shrug) who knows the guy might still be out there finishing off some problems the community can't seem to do anything about.
So now it seems the rest of us concerned citizens need to go down to the court house, sign about twenty different forms in triplicate to even find out if an out standing warrant has been served!
This is a good lead though, maybe the ball can get rolling on this tip!
Thanks again Julie,
Randy
