For those of you who edit video and upload to the web (like youtube), what software do you use? I have seen some great videos that have text intros and music etc. I have a Sony mini DVD camcorder and I use 321Soft DVD Ripper to convert it to an uploadable format but would love to splice videos/pics together and music etc :-)
I have a PC laptop and would prefer software that does not break the bank ;-) Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
I use Windows Movie Marker. It came installed on my computer so I have no idea what it would cost to purchase. Would be interested to hear what others use also.
The Adobe products are great, but pricey. They do offer a student/faculty discount that is pretty good. If you do end up getting something and need to learn it you might want to check out http://www.lynda.com
they offer vido tutorials to lean the software. You can subscribe for $20 bucks a month but it's worth it if you have to learn something new.
