I had tried one of my dogs prong collars on him and it was like day and night. I was happy to show my mom, but wasn't happy when she said that a sales person at Petsmart told her a no pull harness would be just as effective. grrrr! It doesn't fix the problem, it only covers it up for a little while-just like this fabulous no-jump harness! lol Keleah

Supervision? I think the no-pull harnesses are about as effective as tying a rope to the FRONT of the freight train instead of the TOP of the freight train. If the dog is over 50 pounds or so, and has any will of it's own, forget it. I tried one on my beastie in a pet store out of curiosity once, and it was hysterical how well it didn't work. I can't imagine what it would be like out on the street...

As for the no jump harnesses, it does seem like it could be dangerous or harmful to the dogs hind ends, and any dog with any amount of strength could likely just jump right through it!
