Did anyone catch the episode last night on Discovery? Mike helps make organic green tripe dog products at a shop in CA.
I couldn't find the episode posted yet on the 'Dirty Jobs' website, but I did find the link to the company in California. Their product and prices looks pretty good; I'm hoping that the shipping won't be a killer to Florida.
It's usually pretty expensive to ship that from Californina.
If you are willing to do your own 'Dirty Job', you can often get the stomachs from a local butcher -- one who actually slaughters his own cattle. They are typically sent to the rendering plant as waste. Hint: Don't do this when it's hot out -- you will draw flies from a three county area.
There are other suppliers in the eastern US and many will ship.
Blake & Carrie Fohl (you may have seen their dog, Atze, at one of the USA National events) have started a raw business from their farm. They grow and process their own beef.

We buy from a source in Nashville as well. Candy, who does agility and feeds 100% raw to her dogs and has been for years. She is very knowledgable.
I like dealing with someone who not only sells it, but feeds it (not just occasionally, all the time!) and knows the benefits. She weans puppies to RAW, etc. She is the only one is the area that does that.
