I Finally got Erika doing Sch dumbbell retrieves thru a combination of prey drive, a little compulsion and hotdogs. She's doing the "A" frame and wall jump just fine but I wanted her to keep at it today but it was raining so I did it indoors, I had my son take the dumbbell across the room or up the stairs and send Erika after it, well I got out of sequence, when she brought it back and went into a sit I got the chicken treat out and she dropped the SchII dumbbell on my stocking feet. Its all Ed's fault because if he had sent me a SchI dumbbell like I ordered instead of the SchII dumbbell my toe wouldn't hurt nearly as much

He does that on purpose all the time and then laughs diabolically.

Actually, you should shoot them an email.
I purchased one of their Amish leashes awhile back.
The first night I used it, I noticed I was getting paper-cut like slices on my fingers, but didn't think much of it.
After three days of use, it was cutting deep slices into my hands. I emailed Leerburg, and within two days I had a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope to return the defective leash in AND a new leash. I didn't have to wait for them to receive my defective leash before I got a new one! Talk about trust!
The new leash is fantastic. No more cuts.

I just want to say that the few things I've ordered here, whether big or little, on sale or not, everything has always been right on time or faster than I expected. Postage is reasonable, no hidden "handling fee" crap.
I love this place. I don't order as much as I would like as I am now poor due to the crashing real estate market.
Also, anybody that would put so much wonderful training advice in the form of ebooks, videos, question & answer, newsletters, just everything, FREE, means that they certainly are confident of their products.
I mean, how many times have you gone to a web site to realize that you don't even get a taste of what they are trying to sell.
It seems as tho Ed and Cindy are selling DVDs and products secondary to helping people in general with promoting healthy, well trained dogs. Even if you don't have GSDs or working dogs.
I'm sounding all gushy now, but for all the newbies or those not members, please take a close look at all this site has to offer, then, if you are a pet owner, I am sure there is something you will want to order.

I had the same recent experience with a DVD that wouldn't go from chapter to chapter by clicking on the menu. I already had the replacement by the time they received back my defective copy.

Dennis,
Congrats again on crossing that threshold with Erika!! I'm amazed how well you have done with her all by your lonesome.
Its been a long winter in Leerburgville... the employees are going stir crazy and must be resorting to stirring up some mischief to maintain their sanity until the spring thaw, because each and every purchase I've made from them has been picture perfect, and their customer service is above par...
WHAT might YOU have done to specifically tick them off??? LOL!
Congrats again on teaching Erika the dumbbell retrieve!
