My pups are 3 weeks old. Eyes have only been open for about 6 days. Question is when do I introduce puppy food to them? Or anything besides just feeding off mom.

The short answer is when they're ready. The first few puppy feedings are something horrific to behold. As a hint warm wet washcloths are a great thing.
I started setting down small amounts of puppy glop for them around this age. They really got into munching it at about 4 weeks give or take a few days. My bitch on this last litter weaned them herself completely by 5 1/2 weeks although not all bitches will do this themselves or this early.
Enjoy this age. This was my favorite stage of puppy raising.
My girl weans on her own at about 4 weeks, she doent like 10 mouths full of teeth, so I start mush at 3 weeks and let them have at it,mom is happy to clean up the mess. Pups see mom eating and adjust quickly.Trust your damn if she wants to be away or start to get pushy with them then start.
