Ed has a trade in policy for upgrading video's to DVD's for a lower price - you might send the staff an E mail to ask them about the exchange policy.
But the information from the "old" basic Ob tape is solid, I've taught dozens of beginning Ob classes from that material, with many happy students. It's still well worth your time to study that material!
Ed said the new dvd has a couple more hours of material. He did not say what the price would be. I had planned to buy the VHS which is why I asked him when the DVD would be out. I also noted the upgrade policy which seems fair. I'd start with what you have, see how it goes and upgrade later if you want/need to.
Yeah, that's probably what I'll do. Thanks for the info. I noticed the upgrade policy too, but I'm not sure if it will apply to this one, since it is a content change, and not just a media change like the others.
