I am in exam room waiting for them to tell me about his eye. The dogs got ahold of a cat roaming in my backyard. Bella got a few puncture wounds but the cat got flash's eye. Eyes are something that I think should not be a wait and see thing so I rushe him to emergency vet as it was bleeding. I hear them trimming his ear because he had a puncture would through ear. I hope he is okay.

Keith,
So sorry about Flash's eye. I hope everything turns out alright.
If you have any questions, consider getting an opinion from a veterinary opthamologist. The one that my dog goes to has been very helpful.
Thanks. They are doing stain now. He has part of his third eye lid flapping. They talked about removing it under sedation. I asked of it would be okay to wai and she said no problem it just may cause some visual irritation but it won't hurt him. Any thoughts? They are putting him on preventative antibiotics ad well as eye meds because he did get bit by cat. He also has a puncture wound on lip all the way through an puncture through ear and big scratch on nose.

I would find a vet ophthalmologist ASAP tomorrow. Eyes are one of those things where a specialist is a good idea.
I think this would be your closest one.

I hope this goes well. Watch for infection, even with the antibiotics and if you have doubts let the vet know. Cat bites are absolutely the worst for bacterial infections and with it being on the eye he could lose the eye or worse. I'd like a 40lb dog over a 4lb cat bite any day of the week.
Thanks, that is the opthamologist we were referred to if he needs anything further. I am kind of kicking myself because now I see they have a dr on call and will do an emergency visit. I will call tomorrow in the am to schedule something. I have him started on the antibiotics and eye antibiotics. Now I am worried about the other two dogs. Ted just started limping. It looks like he was bit on his leg and his paw. the paw looks like a paper cut size cut but his leg looks like a puncture. Bella has a few punctures on her leg and scratches on her face. 1 is bad enough, but 3 is really stressing me out. I think I am going to get Ted into the vet tomorrow as well to have his leg checked out.
I took ted and bella into the emergency vet this evening. Ted could not walk on his one leg and was in a lot of pain. The dvm said it probably is just from the pain of the bites, since he has about 10 bites on his leg. They gave him clavamox as well as rimadyl and tramadol for the pain. We put Bella on the clavamox as well because she has some bites and scratches, but is overall doing well. well she just started limping when we got home as well...we are hoping her leg fell asleep. I will keep you updated.

Like I said, cat bites are brutal and swelling related to them is pretty common. Just watch the swelling and if it starts to spread skitter on back to the vet, very likely you'll need IV antibiotics at that point. I actually suggest people draw a circle around the swelling to aid with watching. A green sharpe works great for that. A friend of mine nearly lost his hand due to a single cat bite because he didn't take it seriously enough and seek attention when it wasn't getting better.
Hopefully with the antibiotics it'll be better tomorrow.
