Great video, and if it the dog was built differently I might believe more of the advanced stuff. Just, I didn't see the musculature and balanced build I'd expect in a dog capable of doing this type of thing.
The dog looked too front heavy, with little rear leg muscle or leg angulation...also, the screen seemed to flicker during some of the more advanced jumping and stunts.
If nothing else, the dog's due for some serious arthritis later, with the way he lands after jumps.
I must admit, I spend a small fortune on insurance for the 3 Boerboels because of the possible joint problems, (that god willing I won't need to make a claim on) that the large breeds are prone to, I can't imagine being able to watch one of them teeter along a seemingly high ledge then leap off it and land with such force!
I wondered if the video was buffering, and bad quality, but am not convinced it is real, some of the blurry bits look like a man in a dog suit!

I seen a few moments where it looked like he had some muscles. I think though your right because for certain things like the climbing you would have seen much more definition. My parents once had a dog that could jump 10' standing still and was just thin not muscular so it may be possible. He also climbed fences...we couldnt keep him in a fenced uncovered area if we tried
I think its too hard to tell if its real or not. But the thought is awesome .
I don't have an opinion on whether it's real or not, but my sister and brother in laws' "Pit Mix" could climb a tree like that on command. She wasn't built as squatty though. SHe was pretty amazing.
considering what I saw my old terrier (had the sort of build a hyena/tank hybrid would have) due towards the end of her life to get squirrels....I'd believe it was real.....
