Koenig takes carpet baths daily! (at least 1x a day, normally more)
On the rare occasion he actually SLEEPS..... He will sleep flat on his back, legs going every which way, with a terrible grimace on his face. (since he's all relaxed his lips peel away from his teeth)
My dog Cody does something interesting when he wants me to train him. (we call it play) He pretends he has to go outside. He gets the other dogs all excited about going outside too. They all run toward the door, Cody however only goes half way and then lays down on the floor. He refuses to go out. When I let the other dogs out, he immediately gets very excited and runs into the living room and sits, ready to play (train). He is quite the character. Sharon He is the little black dog in the picture of my dogs below.
She stuffs her nose under the crack of the door when I go to the bathroom and whines under her breath until I come back out.
Koenig did the same.... till he figured out how to nose/paw at the door handle, and make it OPEN! I don't get to go the the bathroom alone anymore. It's either him, or a kid, someone is always busting in on me.
Koenig will shove his nose into the heater vent on my car. Better way to sniff the yummy outside smells I guess? He also does this in the corner of the Jeep windows when he's in the back. Drives my other half CRAZY, with the sound he makes.

..mine will "walk the plank" -any high curb, ledge, stone garden edging, etc...she will jump up from the sidewalk onto whatever and just walk this way -so yeah, I've "named it"...cause I do "love it"!
You bet. And he loves to work. Its sad for him right now, he just doesn't have the energy he used to since he had that issue with the intestinal problem and needs the b12 shots. Tonight we played but he gets tired quicker. As a matter of fact tonight he changed the program a little. Instead of wanting to go outside, he pretended he wanted to go to bed. The other dogs decided it would be a good idea too. When they went into their crates, he turned and waited for me in the living room.
He is quite an inventive little guy. sharon
