I hope this works and everyone can see the picture of my two dog's sleeping happily together on the couch.
I wanted to post an update because I was so annoyed with the responses I had received when I asked for help before when I was re-introducing my JRT after ground work training. Yes, he was showing aggressive and dominate behavior and I want to thank Ed Frawley for his detailed advice on how to handle his behavior.
They have adjusted to each other nicely and are actually enjoying each other. He still has his moments of aggressive behavior, but I quickly step in and stop it. I also make sure that Shiloh is not "flaunting her status" and taunting Argos. I wish everyone could see this 60+ pound Mal play tug with the 12 pound JRT. She is so gentle and has her ears back. She patiently waits for Argos to get a firm grip and just holds her ground while Argos is snarling and growling and acting like a rabid dog. Then she gets it from him and the chase is on.
The house is not in perfect harmony, but we have three dogs. That will never happen. My husband returned from Afghanistan and the dogs are getting much more exercise, which has helped tremendously, but Argos is back to his ol' self and Shiloh is growing into the most amazing dog. I had no idea how easy she would be to train.
I wanted to share a book with everyone that has helped me understand dog behavior. It is "Inside of a Dog," by Alexandra Horowitz and is well worth reading.

Dayna: If you have some time could you share with me some of the tips you received that have worked at reintroduction? My Terra was very ill and separated from our other two dogs who she got along with. I think due to her different schedule and feeding times (she slept most of the time in her crate) she has the idea she is not with the pack anymore or has elevated status, she was the lowest pack member) So we are reintroducing her a little at a time. Any of your tips would be appreciated. Sharon

Sharon, you may want to refer to the original thread. Dayna made it very clear there that she did not wish to participate in discussion on this board. We will respect that.
