Here is a what I plan on feeding blade this next week. I'd love some comments and suggestions. Also, just hoping that with this plan I can get some feedback on whether or not to try that trial diet (food allergy) - my gut is leaning against trying it, and rather sticking to the new diversified diet you guys have helped me get on.
Again, I'm posting this so you guys can help me tweak it. I know that I can't simply come up with a formula and stick with it, but wondering if this looks more along the lines of what I should be doing. Trying to mix things up, so he isn't getting the same thing day after day.
His breakfast this morning was canned Alaskan Salmon and an egg.
The Veggie Glops are made out of Romaine Lettuce, Radishes, Celery, as well as some banana thrown in there. The liquid base consists of some eggs, plain natural yogurt, as well as some garlic. I followed the recipe that MacDonald suggested in her book.

I don't have time right this second to review your posted diet (I betcha others will see and comment), but I don't think it's time yet for an elimination diet.
My feeling from your posts is that there are other itchies to deal with, and suspecting food allergies (the most unlikely statistically of all the possibilities) is premature.
As time goes on add a bit more variety and alternate between organ meat from different animals. But for right now I'd go with this. If he's handling the new variety well in a few weeks, I'd start to mix it up a bit more. For instance, turkey necks would a great alternative to your regular chicken backs sometimes
Remember to hold back one easily obtainable source of protein for and elimination diet if necessary some day - rabbit or lamb perhaps.
I don't know the size of your dog but I think I love watching my dogs eat whole turkey necks as much as they love smashing them up. The ones I get are big but then again so are my mastiffs. You could also feed beef neck (that's if you can get it).
