Hello, I am looking for an older pup or adult GSD to add to our family, as a companion and a deterrant, we do not plan on showing or competeing. I work from home and my husband works nights, so someone is almost always home...... I have a short list of breeders, Which consist of Von Hayden German Shepards and Little River Canine but would like to put it out here for any other info or referals, as this is a HUGE decision. We have an older Boston Terrier and we also have a 2 yr child. So temperament and character is of utmost importance. Thank you for your time and opinions.
I personally would not hesitate to get a pup from Betty at Little River. She's got quality dogs, takes intense care in the placement of each of her pups, and takes the time to answer any questions the new owners would have... you don't find that much anymore.
