I'm not sure what is going on with her, she vomited last night, hasn't eaten, and is pale although cap refill seems ok. I'm going to take her temp and if her color doesn't improve by noon I guess we'll make a new years visit to the vet... nothing else really seems off, but the paleness has me worried... oh geez.
My animals are not "like" family, they ARE family.

Pale where? Anemia?
Diarrhea?
I'd go too. Pancreatitis lurks in the back of my head.
But if you are seeing anemia, other things do to, I'll get you a link.
She doesn't go into trash, and is supervised outdoors so didn't eat anything I'm aware of. She was very pale in her gums and inner eyelids. Her poop is normal looking but alot less of it, considering she didn't eat yesterday... No diarrhea or anything, just depressed looking and sleeping alot, did perk up to go outside. She also looks tucked up but that may be from not eating. I took her temp it was 100f.
The only thing I can think of is she was playing two days ago and bowled herself over. But no lameness or anything. She's had some water and a few mouthfuls of food, I'm going to keep a close eye on her and take her to her vet tomorrow morn, if anything happens I'll take her to the emergency vets but I'd prefer her own doctor to see her.

Please take Amber to the vet at once. My Terra girl was very ill like that and I did not know why, It was her blood, her blood count was extremely low. She was close to death. Please take your dog to the vet, I haven't read all the posts but am so concerned I am just encouraging you. My girls life was saved. Don't delay. I found a puffy spot on her ear and just wanted to make sure nothing else was going on when I took her to the vet. I had no idea how that little swollen ear would save her from something way worse.

Symptoms of anemia, no appetite, vomiting, lethargy ...
I understand wanting to see your own vet ... I really do. With these symptoms, I probably would not wait until tomorrow.
I'd probably grab urine and fecal samples if quick and easy, and take with.
