Uma, so sorry for your loss. Losing a beloved pet without knowing why has to be one of the hardest things. I am so sorry.
As for your questioning her diet, I don't claim to be an expert not even a novice really, just someone who does feed RAW and I highly doubt it had to do with the diet. However, that doesn't mean feeding RAW isn't without risk. Dogs have died from choking on kibble to. Can you tell us what you were feeding her? Also was a necropsy done?
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.

What was the tentative cause of death? A blockage is findable, so I'm very confused about why "everyone" says raw feeding.
When she vomited bile nothing was done but "gastric medication"? (BTW, if you mean antacid, this should have triggered the vet explaining about taking the dog off raw for that period, but that's neither here nor there in this case; for other readers, you don't keep a dog on raw while giving antacids, and this is unfortunately not something many vets understand.)
There are risks to all feeding protocols. But I see no "raw-feeding" clues here. A blockage, for example, would/should have been found. So I'm not at all sure what "everyone" means when they say it was the raw food.
I do know I feel horrible for you, and also feel strongly that you made no error in your choice.
Surely the thousands of people whose dogs died from melamine-tainted kibble from dozens of manufacturers in 2007 should not feel personal guilt.
And you ..... I don't even understand the connection between the food and this death. Feeling guilt over it is so counterproductive and so misplaced .... I don't know how to say any more strongly that you are not at fault. Even if there was a blockage (this can happen), you took the dog to the vet. Blockages are not invisible.
What else is "everyone" saying it was? I know no condition exclusive to raw feeding that has bile-vomiting as its only (or main) symptom.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.

And edible bones, right? Raw diets are based on RMBs.

This has nothing to do with the diet, Uma. If someone is telling you it has, ask them how so I can explain to you exactly what is wrong in what they are saying.
Congestive heart failure and cancer (and renal failure and other conditions) can have bile-vomiting symptoms. These would not be diet-related.
Dogs don't have heart "attacks" in the way humans do, but anyway, if the dog had heart failure, who in the world is telling you that raw feeding caused it?

I'm so sorry for you.
But she had you right there, holding her, no fear, not alone, as she left this life.
I know you won't forget this tragic loss, but you are innocent. More than just innocent. You did everything right.
