I would not vaccinate again. My 15 month old dog just got his rabies done. He got his combo vaccines at 8 and 14 weeks. He is good for at least 5 years now. Good on you for worrying about over vaccinating.
If he has had the parvo, bordetella ect. I wouldn't vaccinate those again. Rabies, one shot and he should be good. If you are really worried you can always get a titer test done.
it measures the levels of the antibodies in the blood.

Perhaps what we do in the USA isn't quite what you should do in India. There IS active rabies in India. With a large stray dog population, there is likely active distemper and parvovirus as well.
I would vaccinate for rabies one year after the first rabies injection. I'd use a 3 yr vaccine, and boost it every 2 1/2 years until the dog is 5 or so - then I'd go to every 3 years. Humans die of rabies in India. I wouldn't fool around, just my opinion.
Regarding the "other" diseases, parvo and canine distemper, you have more wiggle room. If your dog has contact with street dogs, he likely has contact with "street virus" , so his immune system
"sees" these agents and is constantly "reminded" to make protective antibody. Even if he is just walked on the street and encounters dog poop from stray dogs he is likely constantly exposed.
So for these agents, I'd boost once about a year after those first puppy shots, and then I might not do them again.
This is all just my opinion, the opinion of a woman 6000 miles away, and perhaps should be taken with a grain of salt.
I would give the rabies booster first, wait a few weeks, then the distemper parvo.

I think what Betty recommended was this: (Hope I am right here)
- Rabies: Booster 1 year after initial visit (which by your post would be now), then again in 2.5 years, then every 3 years after that
- All "others", give one booster of Parvo/Distemper, wait 3-4 weeks after giving the Rabies vaccine before giving this one. Then no more for the life of the dog.
She did say this was all her opinion - and I have to agree with her. I am a huge proponent of limited vaccine, and after having 2 litters I am almost in the "no vaccine" camp. However, my risks for non vaccination are WAY different than your risks.
I agree with Betty's recommendation and think for your area, this protocol is about as close as you can get to "limited vaccination".

I would check titers at least if you're not going to re vaccinate for parvo and distemper. Sometimes those vaccines don't provide effective immunity if the maternal antibodies are still active when the pup receives the vaccine.

With this being the first set of vaccinations after being vaccinated last at 12 weeks I wouldn't bother with the expense of a titer test. JMO especially with the increased risk of exposure in your area.
