I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of life and property. Since the PM feature doesn't work anymore, I'm going to post this here. We have a long-time member of our forum from that general area, though I don't know if he lives in one of the affected parishes. Duane, I hope you and Sadie are safe, along with all of your loved ones, family, and friends. If you can, drop us a quick line.

It was reported, but I don't believe IT was able to come up with a cause or a fix. I just wanted to reach out to Duane in some way. I'm glad you sent him a PM, Candi.

She had low blood sugar and a bit of a heart murmur. Neither are critical in newborns as long as they level out immediately. She was put in NICU. Everything seems to be normal, but we are still waiting for her to be released. New Orleans and it's suburbs, where I am from, escaped without severe flooding, thanks to improvements made since Katrina. However, less than 50 miles to our north and west, our family, friends, and coworkers are trying to save their lives and homes. Your prayers and best wishes are welcomed by all here. Thanks to Candi for sending the pm. I would not have known about this thread without the email notification. Sadie
