I have owned and worked a nice lil mal bitch for 3 yrs while in the service we have made little progress (my fault). Traveling the world for months with out your dog at a shot is not too good for training. Now I'm out and ready to train seriously. I love my lil girl but am looking for a puppy to start the real deal and win. I train with some awsome folks here in NC but they all dig the GSD, not that I dont. I have an idea of the breeder I want, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
there are no guarantees that any pup could win the Worlds, too many variables. Get the best you can and do the best you can to get experience. If you are serious about the title of this topic, you're probably going to end up severely disappointed.
Nothing like putting some pressure on me Charlie!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Thank you for your insight, of course I don't seriously believe I'm going to take my second dog and win worlds, but I have had a hard time doing all of the research I would like from Japan. There are of course the big names and kennels posted all over the web, but I would like your opinion of the lines you guys prefer to work with and why. Also if I buy a pup with no sch in the pedigree, what sports do you believe produce the most sound working mals. For instance my bitch lines to the bigtime dutch players and is a joy to train, but I wish I could get her just a little calmer on the bite.
Thanks Charles
