What is the difference between the modern version of SCH and the rules when it first started? And how long has the SCH-rules as we now them today been around, was it basically the same rules 30-40 years ago, or has it changed a lot over the years.
Certainly the change from the 6' standing wall to the A frame was a big change ( done in 1972? by what I read ).
The SchH clubs in Germany that I visited in 1976 ( only two clubs, maybe not a fair sample, to be sure ) still had the 6' standing wall out on the field, although they were looking really unused, which makes me think that the change occurred earlier than what I read.
I remember seing older video of trial where dog had to crawl for about 15 paces to handler from down position. Also there was no A frame (there was wall). I think it was east german trial. Not shure.
