Some elite teams people are here from Ecuador and Guatemala as well. Dogs and handlers he has trained have been deployed here and in a bunch of other places with very high success rates. Obviously, the great universal language allows us to cross communications barriers: body language! That's what the web translators mean when they translate into stuff like "large chest", etc.! Anyways...for those interested in S&R, this guy's very good. Today was the course inauguration in El Salvador. It will be one month long. UNESCO has deemed this guy's work a "legacy to humanity", which means something -- specially to survivors his program has helped find... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Anyone interested, shoot me an email.
