I had posted about this monster previous. Now the charges against this sicko have been upgraded:

Maybe if there is justice in the world, some older con's will show this moron what it's like to be at the receiving end of his kind of abuse when he arrived in prison. You know, even when the Corps assigned me to duties as a defense counsel, I could always get up and try to put a different face on the case: it wasn't about theft, it was about misplaced judgment, or some such trash. You do what you can with the case that you've got.
But how, pray tell, do you put a good face on doing this to an animal (in addition to his other disgusting misconduct)? This guy's gonna get hammered, and he deserves it. I don't know what SC prisons are like, but I know that there's always room at Pontiac correctional facility in Illinois; there's some real sweethearts there who could show him the ropes.

I hope the sicko gets hammered by other inmates in prison, but I seriously doubt that he will get much time at all. If If my memory serves me correctly, he was 17 yrs. old. There was a sicko in my neighborhood that did the same thing to another neighbors dog repeatedly. He is just doing time in a juvenile center because he was a minor. Although, to my knowledge he didn't molest any humans. Hopefully this sicko will do more time because of that. Really, they should just cut off his.........

When I was 7 I lived in Dubai in the middle east for about 5 years - n I must admit, they had a certain knack at keeping order. You did something wrong, they cut off the body part that you commited the crime with <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
I wonder what the circumstances have to be to have a minor tried as an adult.

He is awaiting trial on the molestation of 4 and 13 year old girls.
Statutory rape on the older one (and I *think* the age of consent is 14 and he was also under age) but the 4 year old? - no way you can claim anything other than out and out rape.
I do hope they can admit the dog evidence in the trial for the girls.
Obviously this kid is REALLY sick in the head.
I don't wish venegence on him - I just hope he gets locked up, learns to deal with who he is, and is not let out 'cuz rehabilitation just does not seem to work with these sex offenders. Surely a kid like this showed warning signs when he was smaller................sigh!

They should do the same here if the crime is commited on another living being who is incabale of defending themselves.
I hope he suffers in Prison. Can't stand animal abuse.

It is a shame there aren't tougher animal cruelty laws. If you look at infamous serial killers, most of them started out with animal torture in some form. People like that victimize weaker individuals, such as children and animals. It's a shame castration with a dull, rusty knife isn't a sentencing option. Let's just pray he stays behind bars with the other deviants.

Castration does not stop these people from committing sexual crimes. My understudy in college was Rehabilitation Psychology and Therapy and studies then showed that castration would only cause them to commit even more heinous crimes using OBJECTS since they could not attack naturally. It was a very sick and disturbing course and completely changed my views on rehabilitation.
As I mentioned in a previous post, these people are sick and will NEVER change. There is no reason to keep them alive on taxpayers money because they will never contribute anything worthwhile to society and will always be a threat as long as they are breathing. This kid should be given a lethal injection and thrown in the local dump where trash like him belongs.

Kate.. I realize castration doesn't stop people like that. I volunteer as a sexual assault crisis counselor when I am not working in the hospital. I didn't mean it literally. I do agree that the world would be better off without people like that in it.
My main point was that we do need tougher laws against people who abuse animals.

When I first saw your topic, I thought for sure the link you supplied was going to take us to the news report about the guy who died after having sex with a horse in Washington state.

Nothing suprises me anymore, but there sure are a lot of things that disgust and repulse me. I use to work with a woman who arrived home early from work one day to find her husband doing their own dog.
