Similiar questions have been asked regarding this hundreds of times im sure. i dont have the $70 or so $$ to get these tapes right now. so wondering if someone could get me started on the right track..
He will be 6 months tomorrow. just looking for the 1st step in the PP process. just something i can start with.
my goal is basically to protect house and family no matter where we are. i will protect him from other dogs when i am with him as i am the pack leader, however when my wife and two young kids are walking in the neighborhood i dont want to take the chance that he will run when confronted.

No really, you are more then welcome to come. We work the dogs that have graduated from one of my three classes. We have a nice field, good equipment, HMMM we need more beer, and the group is excited to learn. I always travel with my Dobe and my rotti.

Beer and training doesn't mix.

But not while I'm training dogs.
I would also be a little cautious of a pro dog trainer that is offering something FREE. Either he isn't a very successful trainer (poor), or he is a very successful trainer and salesman (not poor). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Anyway, yes Vancamp I do train and I do make a living at it. I don't work for free, but I do provide a time and opportunity to all of my graduates to come and work their dogs. But who said free.
