I'm playing around with it right now and there isn't much out there for working dogs.
I have set up a little blog for general stuff, but I'm also thinking about doing an ongoing training blog for one or two of my dogs. (complete with methods and results)
I use the Google software "Picasa" to manage my photo collection, the new version lets you post photos to a blog so I set one up just to share stupid photos of my dog, no real notable training blogs or anything like that, I wouldn't know what to put in it anyway, perhaps if someone else started so I could copy the format I'd be more inclined to do it
Well I meant more that I would need examples of what type of training analysis I would include in the blog, I don't know what I am supposed to keep track of in a training blog, should I note down how long I can keep him in a down stay at 75 feet away before he decides to get up and sniff the grass?
ok, i'll go public with my stupidities while training...
Maybe someone learns something.
I can only imagine what VanCamp's entries will look like:
Training day 47 for Emma:
As my wounds have healed from our last training session, we worked on heeling again. My helper will be discharged from the hospital any day now according to the doctor.
She's becoming wise to the baseball bat..........
I was thinking the same thing. Do I really want to share what an idiot I am with the rest of the world? Or "here is a picture of my dog getting over on me in training, when my td is explaining how my dog is getting over on me." Nice.
