I did awhile back and I think we've talked about it before. I would guess that they would have all sorts of health problems and I think a lttle misleading. Nothing I've read suggested that "Old World Shepherds" were over 120 Lbs.
I went to the website and I could not find any info. on the condition of the hips of their breeding stock. I thought that was a little odd. No telling what kind of health problems the dogs have.
I am not a breeder and have no way the knowledge of GSD's that I would need to become one, but I find it shameful that people are deliberately breeding dogs so far outside what the standard is. They claim to be breeding dogs to be sold as pets. Seems to me that we already have more pet quality dogs than there are good homes for them already. JMO
Looks like just another version of the Shilo Shep. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
I think Dr Freud (sp) had something to say about the bigger is better syndrome. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I'll bet my tiny little JRT could whup one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
