Okay, I'm caught up in this thread too. Here is a picture of my two big imps - all made possible with the unending patience and help of Amber. Thanks, friend.

Awww. Shucks. I feel all squishy now.
Jan, I e-mailed you a pic that might be a little better quality for you.

Haha, Angelique you're so sweet, thanks
Too funny about your son, glad he finally agreed to help you!
Jan I love your dogs, they do look impish! What breed are they? Sorry it's hard to tell on the small picture, lol. Are they littermates or something? They look almost identical... look at the expressions and ears. So cute.
Kristel, thanks! That horse is the most affectionate and playful one I've ever known. He'll play with you like a puppy!! For hours on end!
Connie and Judy, you two are too amusing
Amber's right though (Amber we all love you lol!), it would definitely be nice to put a face (or dog or horse) with your name, Connie :-)
This signature thing is nice, so many of you look so different from what I had pictured in my mind... hee hee

Awww Judy, it's so nice that you put all the blame on me for torturing your poor sick child. I hope Jesse feels better soon (so that he can translate what I wrote for you)

Yuko, I was trying to explain to Amber about my dogs, so I will just copy here what I PM’d to her. My boys' ears have always flopped that way! They are brothers and are purebred mutts. Their mother is a registered German Shepherd and their father is a registered Anatolian Shepherd, both owned by the same breeder. Obviously, someone jumped the fence! As a result, they cannot be registered as anything, but they are absolutely the most gentle, loving creatures I have ever known. A bit stubborn (Anatolian), but definitely bright (German). Beau (who looks like their mother, the German) loves to have a job to do. It doesn't matter what it is - helping me shovel snow, rake leaves, mow grass - he has to be "helping" me somehow. Chance (who looks like their father, the Anatolian) just lives to please. He can be a bit dolty at times, but all he wants to do is love you. Together they are just perfect.
They are rather large - Beau is 112 lbs. and Chance is 106 lbs. - but I attribute that to their father, who is huge. Consequently, there is no "monkey business" in the house; their sheer size alone would wreck everything!
Right now, I’m in the process of forming a question for another thread about the Anatolian Shepherds. They are not recommended for Schutzhund and I’m doing some research to find out exactly why. Not that my boys are candidates, but if it has to do with the agility part and limiting certain activities, I want to know about it.
As you think, so shall you be. |

Katherine, your Springer is beautiful. Reminds me of a Springer I used to take care of when owners were away (when I was a kid).
Mary, wonderful shot of Storm in action - a beautiful smile on that beautiful face . Also makes me realize I have to work on my action shots.
Martin, I love Zero's head, strong and beautifully shaped.
Jan, your dogs are simply beautiful. You can see the sweet temperaments of them both in their faces.

Look, I joined the party!
Haha, I was pretty impressed with their down stays. As you can see, Digger got pretty comfortable but Bella was at attention the entire 5 minutes it took me to get my camera working.
