David,
It sounds like you think Sasha's agression is defensive? re: She's had several bad experiences with (from(?)) other dogs.
Mind, I don't know if I have any help here, mostly just for my own file bank or file jumble as the case may be.
Will she tolarate other dogs at all? At any distance at all?
If my dog isn't learning, I'm doing something wrong.
Randy
PS.
Welcome to your thread! lol

WOW this was entertaining to come back to. We went out to dinner and I was strumming my fingers in anticipation for the WOE bomb, and others.
Sorely disappointed. But answers tomorrow should prove entertaining to say the least.
(I must say, that while I don't like it when stuff like this happens, I did get a lot of entertainment from it today...)

Yes it was entertaining. Sorry to kinda break the dialog. Should have started a new post and let this one continue.
Randy, she will tolerate other dogs, but they have to be at a pretty far distance (500+ feet). I have been able to distract her and get her "relatively" close which to many would be far away while playing with a tug and working on OB.
I'm sure that I'm sending signals down the leash so the trainer is probably more to analyze what I'm doing wrong and to really see what type of aggression it is. I think it may be somewhat territorial which I know is related to pack structure. Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing and not doing something wrong. Part of it may be defensive and I can't blame her based on the experiences she has had.
No issues with the current pack we have. Just outside the pack dogs. Will even go nuts in the car when she see another dog which is why I think it may be territorial.
Thanks,
Dave

This right here sums up your problem. You don't see it the way that you should.
Dogs don't live in the moment when we want them to be, it is ALL the time. Those past experiences are just that: Past.
A firm correction, and a refusal to allow the behavior may be in order. Followed by a HUGE praise when she looks at you after giving the correction. For issues like this, I would be stepping in front of the dog, and "blocking" or walking THROUGH the dog to make them back away. If the dog tries to run around you to get back in front or square back off to the other dog, a strong correction, and again block the dog to back off.
Be JEALOUS of your dogs' attention! You should want it all to yourself!
Above all, forget about the past experiences. Your dog isn't behaving because of the past, she's behaving this way because of how you handle her NOW.

That may be a good idea, then people will be able to focus on your question rather than all the banter....
While I agree with dogs living in the moment and the past being the past, I think it is great that you are looking for help and advice. For some it is really hard for them to admit that they, the handler, might have something to do with it......it was hard for me to do that too....I commend you for that and I am sure people will jump in here that will help you.
If you do a search of the forum, there are numerous discussions on this subject as well.
I will do some research tonight and see what I come up with for you.
