Hmmm, I like the first one (Josh Krajcik) better, because it reminded me of all the nights that I heard the song covered in a barroom or dance hall by some raspy-voiced lead singer in a local band, just better.
Greg...she was an incredible talent that had such a short time to shine. Most people don't know who she was. So happy that 'others' saw to it that she got some of the exposure that she should have had while alive. She played so many types of music...that you can listen to her all day & never tire of her music. Since I am a big blues fan....I really LOVE her bluesy songs.
"Blues"! Now I've got to really look her up some more.
Here you go, Bob. Enjoy.
Excellent job but I have to say that "At Last" is one of those songs where it hard to beat the original by Etta James. I'd have to say that Martina Mcbrides version is probably #2 for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTOlyq6veE8

Oh, my, that's the first time I've heard Martina McBride's version of "At Last." I'll definitely be downloading that one! I had forgotten how much I like her. Her original material is very good, but she also does some amazing covers. Here's another one:
Martina is one of my favorites. She can sing the phone book & make you cry her voice is so beautiful. Never heard her cover of AT LAST before. Wonderful. I have a number of CDs. My very best fav of her songs is BROKEN WING
If you are a blues lover…..you have to love Johnny Lang. I first saw him on a Disney special….he was 15 years old & had such an incredible voice. I have seen him live a number of times…touring on his own & 1x with Buddy Guy when he was really young. He is truly an old soul….or at least sounds like it.
Talk about powerful performances, have you heard or seen this one? I'm not the biggest Jennifer Nettles fan out there but this performance of hers is truly special.
