I wouldn't get busy with an e-collar or a prong collar on a 20 week old pup!! Crate him when you are not home & tie him to you when you are. When he is tied to you & chewing on you, always have something you can redirect him on to, if you don't like him biting you. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but it really pays off. At this age, with my own pup, I feel like it's my responsiblility to keep things I don't want chewed out of my little crocodiles' reach.

I didn't see anywhere the age of the dog.. I wouldn't use an e-collar at that age neither. I did and still am conditioning my pup to both the prong and e-collar at 4 months. Never used them but just rotate collars during the day. However, crating the dog would be the best solution if you cannot control the dog on a leash.
I have 2 bottles of bitter apple that I didn't use.
I need to add that I had CeeCee before I knew about crates and didn't even know that bitter apple existed. We just did our best to puppy proof the house, including running all the electrical wires inside PVC pipe indoors. Looked pretty odd for awhile. The only way I found to keep her from chewing on ME was to constantly and patiently redirect her needle teeth to an OK chewy toy and away from my hands, ankles, or whatever. Over and over and
and over. She finally caught the clue that I am not her number one chew toy.
