Cheri, you may also want to read a couple of the many threads of where folks get their raw ingredients, because there's so much here that you don't want to do yourself out of all that info.

Also, don't forget the joys of cooked eggs (mostly without shell because the RMBs supply the calcium and one whole large eggshell contains enough calcium for two pounds of boneless food) to help stretch the boneless muscle meat part.
