I'm not confident enough in my balancing ability to feed raw, but I'm planning on it after I do more research.
Currently, I feed 1/2 Innova Large Breed Puppy, and 1/2 premixed and formulated meat patties (kibble in am, meat in pm). There seems to be more Omegas in the puppy formula and the regular large breed formula seems to have more glucosamine.

Ok thanks. I'm gonna get a few books and read more on teh net. A few more weeks of kibble won't hurt her? I'll just start throwing in some of the above mentioned meats and eggs to her dies. Probably should be a good idea to get a vitamin Supplement??

IMO, it's a terrific backup for raw (which is how I use it, for travel and for times when I'm out of ingredients) or as a bridge between kibble and raw because it's not baked and extruded, so it doesn't present the problem of kibble-raw together (which is the big difference in digesting time).
Try http://www.petfooddirect.com for ordering kibble. I feed canidae maintenance to our 1 1/2 year old GSD and the lamb/rice for our 3 month old puppy (lower protein). For a 35 pound bag and shipping usually costs me 35 bucks delivered to my door. I used to buy it from a local pet store for 37 so it's pretty convenient.
I switched over from Natural Balance and Solid Gold- they gave my older dog nasty gas, no problems with canidae. Good luck.
