Yea, I'd like it verified too. I've been a member of the board for about a year and a half - still haven't read the instruction manual. So, sorry if I'm telling you erroneous pic information. Maybe someone who knows what they're talking about will tell us??

.... Oh yea, forgot to say, I think we're not supposed to post pics anywhere but in the Members Bio section. (Didn't want to see you thrown under the wheels of the moderators' bus)!
Correct, Judy, I believe; I have read in the Members' Bio and the Tribute sections that they are the only places where photos are allowed (and they are subject to limitations).

Connie,
In regards to your last post, I believe you are correct for the most part. The Members Bio and Tribute sections there are limitations to........
1- the number of pics - usually no more than two
2- the size - 35k for a signature image and 125x600 pixels for pics pasted with the text content
I did not find anything forbidding pics from use elsewhere on the forum as long as they met the above requirements and did not violate the forums rules of conduct.
Is there a moderator out there that can set us board users straight on this subject. I seem to have conflicting info. regarding this.

I wish I could find the darned post that explained this back in 2005...... words to the effect that there used to be ONLY Tribute photos allowed (from which section I quote Ed Frawley: "When our dogs die it is often one of the saddest parts of our lives. This is the only place on my board I will allow posting a photo") and that a few years after that, he decided to allow member bio section photos (as defined in the section) as well.
I can't find that post now, so I too hope a mod will answer the question.
I just wanted to say that I did read that; I really wasn't just making up a rule.......... ( This time, at least.)

No worries Connie-
I wasn't questioning your sincerity. If you didn't notice, I'm new to this forum, and just trying to get a clear view of the rules around here without stepping on too many toes.
I wonder if we will be yelled at for getting off subject on this thread.......Does anyone else want to throw down some dog humor on this thread?
It would be tough to top those first two videos! Who's up to it?
