Yes it i very fustrating and im hoping through the help of the members of the forum i will be able to get this under control. Im looking for as much help as i can get. I would have to say that Connie Sutherland has been Quite helpful at this time in doing some research for me. Thanks again Connie

OK, as we'd expact, it's long-chain Omega 3s from marine sources; I did find authoritative and compelling evidence of the benefits of fish oil in reducing the inflammation in bowel disease.
