I laughed when I read this too.
My male Lab is in love with the straw bales on our property.....thank goodness he does not do that to people......hee hee
Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter
My lab is just about 7mo old and both testes have dropped and his "little pinkie" comes out alot, even when he's pooping(must be pushing pretty hard!) LOL He doesn't hump anything (yet).
I guess I'll be added to the list of people who's "little boys" are gross little buggers with thier willies hanging out all over the place!
Try standing on a stage in front of a bunch of grade schoolers and explain what "that red thing is.." When your boy decides to display the ol twig and berries during a demo. Uncomfortable.

Gotta love dogs.......

Thank god children have short attention spans. I usually just pick up an interesting peice of equipment, wave it in the air and ask if anyone can guess what this leather thing is. Usually though, there is always one person fixated on the previous "what is that red thing" question. I can spot them a mile away b/c they are always frantically waving their hand and looking right at the dogs' beans and frank. Those kids I just ignore. Usually a teacher will pick up on the situation and ask the kid with the frantically raised hand to relax.
ok, I have to say something...Howard you have got to have the most hilarious set of pseudonyms for a dogs penis I have ever seen!! Twig and berries! Lipstick! Beans and frank! You're killing me!! I think I might have even missed one in the list!
Hee hee... Howard, your humour is always very much appreciated
Yeah, my young male (now 12 months) has also been exposing himself very frequently (for no apparent reason) since he was younger. Don't think he does it out of stress - if anything he's relaxed when it happens.
To be honest I don't even notice it anymore... when people or children ask I just tell them that he needs to "air it out"
Oh, I did discover that getting him to stand will cause it to "retract" (it always sticks out when he's sitting). That should be a subtle enough way to solve the situation in public for a bashful person, lol!! Just get the dog to take a step forward before anyone notices and starts asking questions
