Lots of publishing houses offer editorial support, especially if you go to them with a developed idea and plan, etc. I'll do a little research on this too. My posts reflect my own opinions, and not those of the Marine Corps or the United States.

I've bought Billinghurst, Schultz, and the "Switching to raw" book by Johnson (very good easy to read and use reference). BUT.....since I work in a library and am an avid book collector myself, my motto is... "YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH BOOKS!!!"
