Given what the links indicate it seems that Cito may have "Dudley nose". His nose leather is cool and moist with no indications of nodules or ulcerating inflammations. No nasal discharge, pus, or anything that would make me particularly concerned. I may postpone that vet visit unless I detect some sort of inflammation or swelling. I'll keep a close eye on it and start putting some vitamin E and calendula ointment on there.
My black and tan, Princess lost her pigment on her nose for the longest time. I changed her to stainless steel and it slowly got better. That's the only thing that I could figure it was from. But you said yours eats and drinks from stainless steel already. Don't know what else to tell ya then. Good luck with it though.
