Go Kori!
Yep!
And I will say it again: THK is a terrific bridge!
It's also a great "gravy" when you switch to all-raw, in case you want to add a little very easy variety, completely balanced, with produce already processed. :>
P.S. Can you tell that I have talked people through the switch using THK? Then a little cooked chicken added..... then a little raw boneless chicken..... then a back .....
Later, if you feel really adventurous, you could get a meat grinder. I've been feeding raw for years and I just got around to getting one. It's not necessarily any easier work, but it opens up more possibilities for meat sources, and kinda balances out the meat-bone variations a little more. I just ground up about 20# of chicken into one big heap. And I can throw the veggies right in with it all. I won't go so far as to say it's fun, but it's nice to end up with a bunch of neatly packaged, zip lock meals in the freezer.
But I can't stop thinking about Steve Buscemi in Fargo...

Another thought. It's still deer season in many parts of the country. If you know anyone that hunts deer, or if there is a meat locker around, ask for the ribs, neck and back half of the back bone. Free meat. Those usually go into the dumpster, but still have plenty of meat on them. Although deer bones are more dense than chicken/turkey, dogs can still handle bones from less-weight bearing parts of the deer body without any trouble.
Just a thought.
